Our student jobs program provides job skills training and experience for at-risk teens and the children of our houseparents.
At Seamark Ranch, our workforce development program equips young people with the practical skills, work ethic, and confidence they need to succeed in future careers. Through hands-on experiences in areas such as agriculture, equine care, ranch operations, and community service, students develop responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in real-world settings. By pairing on-the-job training with mentorship and soft skills development, Seamark prepares each student not only to hold a job but to thrive in the workplace and pursue long-term career goals with purpose and direction.
